Here are some more book reviews kindly supplied by some of our long-stay students who have decided to improve their English by making use of the school library.

The Elephant Man

The Elephant Man

Yuliya Maneva says " It was easy to read. I finished it in two hours. Good vocabulary and pictures. An interesting and very human story."

A Scandal in Bohemia

By Arthur Conan Doyle

Eun-Ji says "An exciting story. Gripping to the end. I couldn’t solve the crime before the end. It had good, useful vocabulary."

Jamaica Inn

By Daphne du MaurierGeorg says "I couldn’t understand every word but I got the gist of the story. It had a good storyline and was more interesting because Jamaica Inn is a real pub in Cornwall"
