In 2011 all of our Summer Schools proved highly successful. The feedback was very positive and this was all down to our dedicated staff. We are fortunate enough to have a high number of returning staff, however, as we continue to grow there is always a need for new positive and dynamic staff to join our team.

We are now filling vacancies at all of our campuses for this summer:

The Center Manager, Leisure Manager, Academic Manager, Welfare Manager and Office Manager are all incredibly important to the success of our summer schools and we are seeking experienced, responsible and mature minded people for these positions. They will be provided with a full support network as well as the ability to work within a strong management team allowing staff to focus on their priorities.

Our teachers are the fundamental core of our summer schools and we expect our EFL teachers to prepare and teach dynamic, fun and communicative lessons to multinational classes. This year LAL will also have its own purpose designed course book as a further resource for our teachers.

We are also in need of caring yet responsible House Parents to supervise and assist students in their residence. They will offer support and guidance to students and their accompanying Group Leaders. House parents will also be required to be involved with activities and excursions when needed.

Residential Activity Leaders are another critical part of our team as we will need staff who are not only positive, fun and creative but who can also be responsible and direct when needed. You will lead and assist in our full range of activities and excursions utilizing the support of a strong management team

The success of our summer schools is down to the hard work, dedication, preparation, organization, creativity and professionalism of the people we employ, both year-round and during the summer.

LAL have always believed in the strength of our staff becoming teams at each school, rather than a group of individuals. Come and join our team: apply today.
