Exploring Fort Lauderdale

What Fort Lauderdale has to offer

Often referred to as the “Venice of America“, Fort Lauderdale is about 30 miles north of Miami and is a strong competitor in terms of attractions and facilities, such as shopping centers, restaurants, beach-life and night-life. It has the cosmopolitan feel of a — “chic” holiday resort, while still maintaining a friendly, safe environment in which to live and vacation! The area has an ideal all-year-round climate with warm winters and very hot summers.

For more information on attractions there's a site available by the Visitors and Convention bureau affiliates that lists every single attraction in Fort Lauderdale that has a good reputation of operations.

Citywide attractions, religious services and local information can be found and a good event planner is also available.
