Private Tuition

This option allows maximum flexibility and can be added to any of LAL's programmes. Private tuition gives you the opportunity to focus on individual needs – extra work on pronunciation, vocabulary building or English related to your business or professional life.

I chose the private tuition course because I can learn conversation skills with my teacher. In a classroom, I would not have the one on one instruction that I feel I need to learn a different language. The level of learning isn’t different, but I am older and want to learn at my own pace. I am looking forward to returning to LAL next year and having the same teacher.

General Private: Whatever your choice, you can enhance your experience even further with One-to-One tuition.
General English for Two: Just like our 1 to 1 private tuition English course - but for two students to study together. In our 1 to 1 programmes, students discuss with their tutor which skills they would like to develop, and in doing so devise their own personalised study plan. A programme of any number of private tuition lessons per week can be taken as a complete study course, or linked with other courses. These lessons are ideal for those students who wish to deal with specific aspects of the English language and can design a course with their teacher that caters wholly to their individual needs.
Business/ESP Private: Whatever your choice, you can enhance your experience even further with Business or ESP One-to-One tuition which focus on language for your work. For example, students may choose to take private lessons associated with their profession such as legal, medical, or journalism English
