
The University of Cambridge Certificate exams are among the most widely-recognised English language qualifications in the world. If your English level is between intermediate and advanced you have a choice of three Cambridge exams - First Certificate (FCE), Advanced (CAE) and Proficiency (CPE*). Cambridge Examination Preparation standard courses run three times throughout the year starting in January, March and September and are from 9 to 13 weeks in duration.

It is necessary to register for the examination to be taken. This examination registration must generally be completed 8 weeks before the exam takes place.
Written exams generally take place in the final week of or the week after Examination Preparation Courses finish. Speaking exams may take place in the two-week period before the written papers. Time should be allowed in your booking and stay in Ireland to complete the exams. Please confirm this with the school when booking.
