Whether it is our Activity Assistants entertaining our young learners, or motivated administration staff making sure that a student's stay runs smoothly, or our qualified teachers providing top-quality English teaching, our staff are vital to our success.

Introduction to LAL Torbay: Introduction to LAL Torbay and mission statement.
EFL Teacher: To teach English to young learners and adult speakers of other languages as required.
Welfare & Accommodation Assistant: To be responsible for and oversee the well-being of all students both on and off site and to provide support for the Accommodation Department
Transfers Assistant: To support the Transfers department for LAL Torbay.
Activity Staff: Support all aspects of the work of the Leisure Department, specifically taking responsibilities on the younger learner programme, ensuring the maximum enjoyment and safety of students in school and on activities.
Reservations Assistant: To support all aspects of the work of the Reservations Department.
Design & Comms Assistant: To support the Design & Communications manager in maintaining the company website, producing marketing, display and student materials and maintaining the corporate image of the company.
Driver/Guide: To provide full Guided Tours for adults both as Driver and Guide, to also cover Airport transfers as driver when necessary, to cover some aspects of children’s leisure such as Junior drops and closed groups and ensuring that the mini-buses are checked prior to each journey and cleaned as required at the end of each journey.
