I instantly fell in love with Malta. I love swimming and sunbathing at the very beautiful beaches however my favourite activity on the island is actually shopping! I would recommend IELS to anyone who would like to learn English in an amazing atmosphere.
I have been here for almost six months and it was the best experience of my life, because I’ve met a lot of people and from different countries. They are very friendly and lovely, not just the students but the staff and teachers as well.
Living and studying in Cape Town was amazing. It’s impossible to describe everything I learned here. It’s not only about learning English, it’s about different cultures, styles of life and making friends. I will miss everything and everyone here.
My favourite place in Cape Town is Lion’s Head where I can walk from the school. I’ve been there several times for the sunrise and sunset, which have, incidentally, been some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets in my life.
I came here for an internship so I had General English Course in the morning and I worked in the premises with the rest of the staff in the afternoon. The teachers are really friendly and I have learned a lot during my studies and work. I would highly recommend this experience to whoever who wants to spend a splendid summer!
The DELTA helped me to develop as a teacher, gain deeper knowledge and insight, and has broadened my horizons. The course was tough but well-organised and well worth it as it has given me much more of a profound understanding of what it means to be a teacher.
LAL has launched its online learning platform – Connect by LAL – and all our lessons are (for the moment) happening 100% online, with our very own teachers.
We’re looking forward to being able to meet you all in RealLife, but until then – keep Connect’ed!
