Kitchen/cooking facilities
Fully-equipped shared kitchen for students’ use.

Double and shared rooms and one single room available. Shared rooms are triples. All rooms have wireless internet access. Double and twin rooms can be booked for single occupancy. The en-suite room is offered as a double at a lower price per person but must be booked by two students together, e.g. a couple or two friends. Otherwise, the en-suite room is offered as a twin and can be booked individually. Each room contains single beds with storage, a bedside table and lamp, desk space and chair for each student and a rack for luggage and coats.

One double/twin room has an en-suite bathroom. The other rooms share one bathroom.

Utilities are included in the price. Electricity is 230V, 50Hz AC.

Free wireless internet access.

Washing machine and iron available free of charge.

Security and keys
Students are provided with a keys on arrival.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning
Bed linen is provided. Students must bring their own towels. Rooms are cleaned/serviced weekly. Bed linen is changed once a week.

Deposit & Damage Charges
A deposit of £50 per student is taken. The deposit will be taken at school on their first day and is refundable provided that students leave their room and communal areas in a clean and presentable condition. Costs related to any extra cleaning or the replacement of lost or damaged items will be deducted from the deposit. On departure the room must take no more than 45 minutes to clean, otherwise, a fee of £18 per hour applies thereafter.

No visitors allowed after 22.00. No visitors allowed in the bedrooms.

Noise and restrictions
Noise must not be heard outside the bedrooms after 23.00. Students are requested to be considerate of other people in the building and keep noise to a level that does not disturb other members of the residence.

Available all year to students. There is no minimum number of weeks required.
