Homestay, arranged by an accommodation agency.

Age of students
16 years and over. Younger students by arrangement.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in: Sundays 09.00 – 23.00.

Check-out: Saturdays 08.00 – 11.00.

Breakfast and half board available.

Kitchen/cooking facilities
Students are not normally expected to use the kitchen. Students can use facilities for hot drinks.

Single or shared rooms available. Each room has a bed, desk, a chair and storage facilities. Shared accommodation is only offered when two people book together.

Rooms have either shared bathrooms or, at an extra charge, private bathrooms. .

Electricity, heating and lighting are included in the price. Electricity is 230V, 50Hz AC.

Internet and phone
All hosts offer internet access. Use of telephones is by arrangement.

Bed linen and towels are provided by and washed weekly by the hosts. Hosts may not do the student’s laundry for the first two weeks of their stay but after that, the host will wash one load per week. Public launderettes are also available.

Security and keys
Keys to the house are issued to students aged 18 and older on arrival, but bedrooms do not normally have locks.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning
Bed linen and towels will be provided by the host and changed weekly. Rooms will be cleaned by the host weekly.

Deposit & Damage Charges
No deposit is required. Damages will be charged to students before departure.

Visitors are allowed at each host’s discretion, and with their permission.

Noise and restrictions
Students should discuss any house rules or restrictions with their host. 16 and 17-year-olds will be required to comply with a curfew.

Available all year to students aged 16 and older.

Holding rooms
A fee will be charged to store luggage or keep possessions in a room if students take holidays away from the school.
